Smiles for Seniors
Let’s bring paper hugs to Seniors. Join in as we deliver seasonal cards to seniors living in assisted living centers. We’ve teamed up with Bring Smiles to Seniors to really make a difference.
Human Connections – All Year Long
Smiles for Seniors is a year-round community service program dedicated to spreading joy, dignity, and connection to seniors through the power of handmade cards. Together, volunteers, donors, and crafters help us deliver 500 heartfelt cards each quarter to residents of local senior centers—one smile at a time.
Our Mission
Loneliness is one of the greatest challenges facing seniors today. Smiles for Seniors exists to remind every recipient that they are seen, valued, and remembered.
Through seasonal card drives and community participation, we create meaningful moments of connection that brighten days and lift spirits—one handmade card at a time.
How the Program Works
Smiles for Seniors operates through four seasonal card drives each year. Each quarter, our community comes together to create, collect, and deliver 500 handmade cards to four local senior centers.
Cards are donated by individuals, small groups, and community gatherings. Financial and supply donations help us provide materials, kits, and postage so everyone can participate—regardless of experience or resources.
