Sketch 9 from 24-25 Annual Catalog (Love You Forever)

I love following along with sketches, so much so that I’ve decided to create a gallery using the sketches found on page 22 of the Stampin’ Up! 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. You can follow along with me while I use two sketches every month for inspiration.

Today we are focusing on Sketch 9.

MEASUREMENTS

The measurements, and even the placement of elements on the card, are just a starting point. If you have images that are smaller – use what you have! If you want to move the sentiment to another location or change the size of the banner label, feel free.

Pretty in Pink Cardstock 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
Designer Series Paper cut to 4” x 6”, cut further into ½” strips. SAVE THE SEQUENCE.

Instructions

Cut Pretty in Pink Cardstock 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
Designer Series Paper cut to 4” x 6”, cut further into ½” strips. SAVE THE SEQUENCE.
Assemble card: Adhere the strips in sequence on the front of the card. Shift the pieces on the horizontal. HINT: I usually lay out all the strips from top to bottom on the side. I adhere the top, center two, and bottom pieces. Then I fill in the rest. If for some reason I am short on strips, I fill in with an identical piece of DSP at the same section.
Stamp and fussy cut sentiment. Adhere on Stampin’ Dimensionals to card front.
Sprinkle on the gems.
