2nd Annual Oklahoma Serenity Retreat

This is the Early-Bird registration button for our 2nd Annual Retreat in Oklahoma. Price goes up to $125 on May 1st.
French Countryside – Olympics in Paris 2024
Lots of swag, prizes and fun!
- Each participant will receive swag! (DSP, Ribbon and Gems from the NEW Annual Catalog. And more!)
- Spin the Color Wheel for a sweet delight!
- Get your passport stamped for achieving various Stampin’ Olympic events. There might be more prizes involved 🙂
- 4 classes included throughout the weekend – from simple to fun-folds. (There will be plenty of help on-hand for any questions). If you can’t attend all four classes, you will get your kits to-go (with PDF and photos provided).

Friday night 6:30-8:30 Let’s Kit Together (you pick your kit from list provided)
Saturday Noon-3pm Class 1
Saturday 3pm Country-French Snack and Spin the Color Wheel!
Saturday 3:15 pm-6pm Class 2
Saturday Night Dinner
Saturday after dinner ShoeBox Swap (need volunteers)
Sunday TIME TBD (I’m running a survey to ask preferences) Either 10-12 OR 12-2 Class 3
Logistics:
There are 8 Rooms available at the B&B. 5 are tentatively spoken for. Contact Lela asap to reserve your spot. We will be staying at the Cottonwood Inn in Stillwater. Room rates will depend on if we take all of the rooms or not.
The event will take place at Cottonwood Inn. (You can choose to attend class downstairs or upstairs.)
Meals will be arranged separately, once we know the final registration count.
Please Bring:
- Send a headshot photo of yourself to Lela by July 1st for your Passport!!
- Supplies list will be provided closer to the date (snips, adhesives, pierce mat)
- Bring extra cash (tip jar for snack, extra printed photos, retired product for sale, meals, etc.)
- Select your kit from the provided list
Volunteers Needed:
Please contact Lela if you want to volunteer to help set up, be a food runner, etc. We need volunteers to create cards for the Saturday Night ShoeBox Swap.
