February 13th

Happy (day before) Valentine’s Day!

Bob and I usually go out to dinner on February 13th or 15th. We find the restaurants to be less busy, the meals to be regulary priced (not inflated), and the menu selection broader. This year we went to Rose Park Bistro in the Roseville Fountains. Yumm!

We’ve been together for 35 amazing years and although we don’t have a lot of consistent traditions, this is one of them. Bob always gets me flowers, a super sweet card, and a nice dinner. This year I gave him a scrapbook page with my new favorite photo of the two of us.

These smiles symbolize a lot – we’ve been working really hard on finding new ways to communicate. It’s so cool that we are still learning new surprising things about each other, and growing in new and unexpected ways.

Wrigley wasn’t super thrilled actually. This was his look when we got home. Mommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, walk meeeeeeeeeeeeee. (Please don’t believe his face though – don’t let him fool you – he gets so much love!!)

Stampin’ Up! has started to embrace scrapbooking – again – and the timing is perfect. Because it’s been on my list to start documenting more memories too. This Scrapbookig kit made it really easy to put this page together in the late afternoon.
